Stevie White (born 11 July 1993) is a British Twitch streamer, internet personality and podcast host based in Norwich, England. He is best known for co hosting the Spotify exclusive Happy Hour Podcast with YouTuber JaackMaate. He is also a content creator for Guild Esports, and frequently streams on Twitch.

Online career[edit]

White created his main YouTube channel in September 2011.[1] He on and off posted videos before officially relaunching his channel in late 2014 with a video titled I'm Stevie.[2] His most popular videos of this era included SOCIAL NETWORK SONGS (Ft. Jaack) and STEVIE WHITE Q&A!.[3] It was also around this time that Stevie White and JaackMaate created the parody song Hip To Be A Hipster, which amassed over 140,000 views[4] before being removed some time in 2021. White continued to create weekly content before leaving YouTube in 2018 to start the Happy Hour Podcast with JaackMaate. He announced his intentions to return to YouTube in 2021.

Happy Hour Podcast[edit]

In November 2018, White made his first appearance as a co-host on the Spotify exclusive Happy Hour Podcast alongside YouTubers ImAllexx and JaackMaate. The podcast has since gone through a number of co-host changes, with the current podcast being hosted by Jack, Stevie and Robbie Knox.[5] The show has had a number of notable guests, including comedians Ricky Gervais and Jack Whitehall, musicians Liam Payne and Tom Grennan, and internet personalities TommyInnit, KSI, and Belle Delphine.[6] The podcast is currently in its 5th season.

White is often the butt of jokes and pranks within the Happy Hour Studio. In the March 2021 episode Reading A Dirty Happy Hour Fan-Fiction!, Stevie is pranked by Jaack and Robbie into believing someone wrote a Fan fiction about him. In an April 2021 episode with streamer Jack 'Pie Face' McDermott, Pie Face storms out of the studio after accusing Stevie of asking personal questions. He returned 2 minutes later, revealing it as a prank for April Fools' Day.

Twitch Streaming[edit]

In November 2020, JaackMaate released a video titled You Have 10 Minutes To Buy Whatever You Want! ($10,000) where he gave Stevie White 10 minutes and £2,500 to spend on anything he wanted. In the video, he stated his intentions to start Twitch streaming and purchased filming equipment and a new PC among other things.[7]

In March 2021, White announced that he had been signed to United Kingdom-based professional esports company Guild Esports as a content creator.[8][9] He begun streaming on Twitch later that month, and has since amassed over 15,000 followers.[10]

In July 2021, White held a 28 hour long charity stream for the Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Society, where he raised over £11,000. As a forfeit during the stream, White shaved his head.[11]

Personal life[edit]

White studied Animation at the University of the West of England, Bristol, but took up a career working in an Optician's clinic in Bristol.[12] In 2021, White left his traditional job to begin streaming, and moved back to his home town of Norwich.[13]

White lives with his partner, Arianne Foley, and her son, Isaac. In May 2021, Arianne also begun streaming on her own Twitch channel, but went on break in July 2021 due to illness.[14]
