Plot[edit]
Strawinsky and three talking animal friends find a mysterious mansion hidden in the depths of a forest. They enter and explore the house, meeting a variety of characters inside, including a depressed anthropomorphic cello who has not been played in a long time, a manic Scottish troll obsessed with keeping the house in order, and a creature known as the Globglogabgalab, a former elf who had been transformed due to his affixation for books. Rather than reading the books, the Globgogabgalab instead enters into a book to absorb its words.
Other characters include the Rat King and the King Elohim - two opposing forces bent on dominating the forest animals. The only creature immune from the Elohim's and the Rat King's influence is the Glabgogabgalab, as reading many books allows him to be exposed to independent thought and decide his own path for himself.
Strawinsky, intrigued by Glabgogabgalab's independent thought, follows him into one of the books. While Strawinsky and the Glabgogabgalab are in the book, the Scarlet Queen (an agent of Elohim) and the Rat King come for the animal friends. The Rat King traps them with a spell while the Scarlet Queen tries to convince them to obey Elohim.
Fortunately Strawinsky and the Globglogabgalab return just in time to break the spell and free the animals.

In February the 2018, the Globglogabgalab's song became an internet meme because of the nonsensical lyrics and the long name of the Globglogabgalab.
In 2021 Kanye West sampled the Globglogabgalab on his tenth studio album, Donda.
