Street workout isometrics

Isometrics is one of the three aspects of street workout, namely set'n'reps, isometrics and freestyle. It consists of holding position by static contraction of muscles.[1] Most are common with calisthenics.

Horizontal bar, parallel bars or rings[edit]

Handstand

These can be performed above (dip), under (pull up) or between (cross) bars/rings. Sitting can be added to any of those.
