Swami Dipankar is an Indian Spiritual guru and a social reformer. Dipankar was born in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. Under the guidance of his Guru Shri Brahmanand Saraswati, he started studying Hindu Scriptures at the age of 8. Dipankar started Bhiksha Yatra asking for the unity of Sanatan.[1] [2] [3] [4] [5] His work on the "No to Noise" campaign has successfully created awareness amongst people regarding hazards of noise pollution. Dipankar is the founder of the Dypankar Dhyaan Foundation.
