T Chitty Babu usually referred to as Chitty Babu is an Indian businessman from Nagercoil, based in Chennai and founder of the real estate developer company Akshaya Homes Pvt Ltd in 1995.[1][2] His company operates in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Delhi, Mumbai and Pune.[3] In 2012 he announced the construction of the tallest building in Tamil Nadu.[4]
