TKEG Group (Chinese: 奕資集團), commonly referred to as TKEG, is a multinational professional services network, with headquarters in Hong Kong SAR, operates branches and offices throughout the Indo-Pacific region, Europe, and America. Its principal company, THE KEITH & EVEN GROUP Limited (Chinese: 奕資有限公司), was established in Hong Kong in 2020, with estimated revenue of $10 M ~ 49M U.S. Dollars...[1].

In November 2021, the leadership of TKEG announced the establishment of a holding company in Mainland China under the name of "TKEG Holdings";[2]..

As of 2021, TKEG has offices in 5 countries/regions and territories across Asia, Europe, and North America. The firm was founded by Keith Yunxi Zhu and Even Xia Ni in Hong Kong SAR in March 2020[3], and expanded into the United Kingdom in March 2020[4], Singapore in July 2020, Chinese Mainland in August 2020, and the United States in March 2021. In November 2021, the board of TKEG announced the establishment of TKEG Holdings (officially known as TKEG Holdings (Wuhan) Co., Ltd; Chinese:"奕资控股（武汉）有限公司") in Wuhan, China. TKEG Holdings was registered capital of $12 Millions Hong Kong Dollars[23], and established a VIE (Variable Interest Entity) structure with its existing TKEG consulting company [24], TKEG(Yizi) Wuhan Business Consulting Co., Ltd (Chinese: 奕资武汉商务咨询有限公司), which already had a registered capital of ¥10 Millions Chinese Yuan[25].

Jul 5, 2021 - Junker Investment Plan Investigation Report [49][50][edit]

The Junker Investment Plan has signed a total of 656 projects, of which 28 have serious problems such as corruption, financial fraud, accounting for 28.4%. Among all the problematic projects, projects that are related to corruption, bribery, abuse of power, and that adopt PPP mode, which is unmatched to project operations, account for 22% and 19% respectively. Among them, there are many well-known international companies. For example, Ericsson admitted that it violated the FCPA, engaged in bribery and falsified books and records for a long time; Renfe Operadora was fined 15.1 million euros for abuse of power; BBVA was accused of corruption Wait.

Aug 11, 2021 - Jun Hong Shen's ASX IPO [51][edit]

JUN HONG SHENG (AUST) LIMITED is a business entity registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC)[52]. The owner (person X) launched an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in Australia, in order to obtain a large number of shares at a price lower than the asset-backed investment. The core issue, in this case, is the level of sophistication and methodology employed by X: as the shell company in Australia was bought, they can use its existence as justification and essentially claim that they still plan to launch the IPO. Therefore, it is more difficult for this situation to be proved as fraudulent.

According to THE KEITH & EVEN GROUP's website, currently, for entry level positions, TKEG currently only considers desires from those who participated in its Internship Program, applicants can not apply for entry-level positions by themselves.

According to data published on website, from March 2021 to March 2022, THE KEITH & EVEN GROUP has received 4799 applications for its internship program, and admitted 89 applicants[55]. With an acceptance rate of as low as 1.85%, making TKEG harder to get in than Harvard.[56]

Environmental policy[edit]

In October 2020, TKEG committed to achieve zero emission, Not only did it commit to become carbon neutral by itself but also will work only with carbon neutral clients. It also joined Stripe Climate network, a platform that allows firm to direct a fraction of their revenue to help scale emerging carbon removal technologies.[57][58] [59]

Keith Yunxi Zhu Controversy[edit]

As the Chief Executive of the TKEG Group, Keith Yunxi Zhu was TikTok-famous from November 2020 to September 2020 and gained over 180,000 followers during this period [60]. The internet started discussing the identity of him. Search words such as "Keith Yunxi Zhu net worth," "Keith Yunxi Zhu Parent," "TKEG Net Worth" started trending on google search. [61]. As of 2022, this TikTok account has turned private, Zhu's last TikTok video was posted in September 2022.

TKEG Internship Controversy[edit]

Starting from July 2021, a few people started discussing TKEG's internship program on job opportunity platforms such as Glassdoor and Wall Street Oasis, the topics were mainly about if it was a legit internship opportunity since the founders of this company were young and they provided high-skilled services such as Private Equity and M&A consulting.[62][63]
