Taylor Ogan is an American investor and businessman, based in Shenzhen, China.[1][2][3][4] Ogan is CEO of Snow Bull Capital, a hedge fund that invests in high-tech, clean-tech, and green-tech companies.[5][6][7][8] Ogan relocated his company from Boston to Shenzhen in January 2023, citing the city's technological capabilities.[9][10][11][12] Ogan has become a frequent critic of Tesla's self-driving technology.[13][14][15]

Early life and education[edit]

Ogan majored in urban studies at Trinity College, graduating in 2018. Ogan studied under director of the Center for Urban and Global Studies Xiangming Chen, focusing on China's technological development and electric vehicle industry.[16][17]
