Dallas Korol, known online as TheTekkitRealm, is an American YouTube personality. As of March 2022, his main channel has over 1,580,000 subscribers.[1] He has gained popularity on the platform through gaming videos, which he started making in 2017. His success began when he started to make videos on how you could allegedly compromise the YouTube algorithm to gain more views. In the year 2019, Korol began to make similar videos to Mr. Beast and also began to make his first fake videos. Today, almost every video on his channel that he made since 2020 has been debunked as fake.[2][3]

Korol began uploading to his main channel in 2015. His early content primarily consisted of gameplay videos, tutorials, and various videos about the YouTube platform. His channel attracted attention in 2019 when he began a one-year livestream of a script playing the endless running game Subway Surfers.[4] In 2020, he began a series on his channel entitled YouTube Unsolved, which has since covered a plethora of supposedly existing mysterious channels and alleged occurrences throughout the platform's history; almost all of the videos of this series have been debunked along with many other videos of Korol.[2]

In 2021, Korol allegedly rickrolled Guinness World Records[5][unreliable source?] after contacting them regarding an achievement he was hoping to have them verify - the most celebrities rickrolled.[6] Later in the year, he reportedly created a YouTube advertisement campaign containing a short rickroll video[7], which he claimed reached over 5,000,000 users.

In 2022, Dallas Korol bought an island and gave it the name Rick Roll Land.

Personal Life[edit]

Korol was born on November 5, 2000. He resides in Los Angeles, California.
