The Farley and Heidi Show is an American children's television program (with circus and Family themes) that was created and hosted by actor Farley Granger and former our gang actress and singer Heidi Munroe. It was broadcast on the NBC television network and also KETC an PBS network in the United States from December 16, 1954, until December 31, 1989. It was a pioneer of children's programming and set the pattern for many similar shows. One of the first television series produced at NBC in Los Angeles, in Studio 3A, it pioneered color production in 1956 and NBC (then owned by RCA Television) used the show to promote color television sets in the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s and 1980s. It is a first television show on NET now PBS networks.
