The Pandemic is a Syrian novel written by the Syrian writer Hana Al Rahib, as it was chosen as one of the best hundred Arab novels.
Introducing the Book
Hana Al Rahib explains many important questions that he did not find an answer to them in real life, about both democracy and freedom as well as the position of the intellectual in civil society and his role in a world where culture and criticism are extinct. The story begins in that square expanse between two mountains. Generations die and other generations are born and between birth and death is the space of life that is colored in colors and adding climate, theatre and horizons.[1]
