Thomas F. DiLullo
Thomas F. DiLullo, born in Derby, Connecticut, is a tax attorney based in New Jersey. He came to public prominence in 2015 when defending former New York Giants wide receiver Plaxico Burress in a high-profile tax evasion case.[1] Burress received five years pro-bation[2] but escaped jail after pleading guilty to not paying $46,000 in state taxes on his $1 million income in 2013.[3]
DiLullo has been used as a media commentator in New Jersey on high-profile issues including the tax returns of Donald Trump in 2019.[4]
