Thomas J. Kent Jr. is an Internatinal Banker, Movie Producer & Philanthropist.[1] He is also the Chairman and C.E.O. Of Kent Global LLC & The Kent Family Office.[2] Kent Global LLC is an international investment firm with clients from minor startups to large Governments. The Kent Family Office is the personal family office of Mr. Kent that invests in a variety of industies.[3][4][5]
Early Life[edit]
Thomas was born in the United States on October 8, 1976 – a very auspicious day during the second moon of October. Prominent astrologers had predicted his meteoric rise in the business arena prior to his birth. He is the son of famous American Civil Rights activist, Religious leader and businessman Thomas J. Kent, Sr., who gave Thomas the foundation and generous footing in the world of philanthropy. Thomas holds degrees from both United States and United Kingdom Univesities. He is a world traveler who has been to a myriad of countries on six continents.[6][7]
Career[edit]
Thomas started his secular career at GBI capital as a Juior Stock Broker. He then went off on his own with some partners to begin Tiger Ventures, a company that helped startups raise capital. In 2010, the partners sold the company and Mr. Kent started Kent Global LLC, an international Investment firm with clients from startups to Governments. Thomas has recently started the Kent Family Office. It is a single family office that will make personal investments for Thomas in Film, Real Estate and small businesses. He is also an executive contributing editor for several magazines like the Heart Of Hollywood Magazine & Brainz Magazine. His personal family office has invested more than 4 million in film projects to date. Thomas also is on the board of advisors of several private companies.[8][9]
Personal Life[edit]
Due to his hectic schedule and rigorous standards, he remains single to date. He spends time traveling between his New York City & London residences.[10][11]
