Tony John (Malayalam: ടോണി ജോണ്) is a musician from Kerala, India, who is best known as the vocalist and turntablist for the alternative Malayali rock band Avial [1]. John initially played the role of backup vocalist and turntablist in Avial. Later, following the departure of band member Anandraj Benjamin Paul, John took over the lead vocals in 2008. With Avial he has sung songs in Malayalam movies including the popular song "Chillane" in 22 Female Kottayam.
