Tour-Mate Systems Ltd. is an interpretation solutions company that produces audio tours for museums, art galleries, historic sites and botanical gardens. Tour-Mate has an office in Toronto, Ontario and a service depot in Victor, New York, and their products can also be found in the United Kingdom, India, Japan, Australia, Italy, Germany, New Zealand, Panama, Israel, and South Africa.

Founder Neil Poch formed the company in response to not being able to find an audio tour while on vacation in 1988 and for the past 30 years Tour-Mate audio tours and products have been featured at prominent attractions such as Mount Rushmore, the Grand Canyon, Carlsbad Caverns National Park, the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts and other varying locations around the world. Tour-Mate also donated the audio tour equipment for the Ground Zero Museum Workshop.

At Carlsbad Caverns National Park, a study was completed on the effect of audio tours on learning and social interaction.[1] Another study that features their audio tours is from London's King's College, "Learning with digital technologies in museums, science centres and galleries".[2]
