Following the adverse effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on the travel industry in 2020, the TAMS society published two independent business reports to identify opportunities, standards and protocols in the business travel industry; ‘Return to the Road Communication Program & S.O.S. Standards of Safety in Business Travel’. [6] The reports were created by a group of volunteers from the travel industry, and made available to the public in June 2020 for free download through the organizations website and various travel news publications.
