Trevor Koverko (born March 22, 1987) is a former professional Canadian ice hockey player and CEO of Blockchain company Polymath.[1][2]
Early life[edit]
Koverko was born in Toronto, Canada. He graduated from Ivey Business School at Western University.[3][4]
Career[edit]
Koverko is a professional hockey player and played for four years in the Ontario Hockey League and was drafted to the New York Rangers in 2005.[5][6] In 2007, the London Knights acquired Koverko.[7]
In 2010, he co-founded eProf.com, an online education platform, in Dalian, China[8][9]
In 2018, his startup Polymath Network raised $58.7 million in a token sale.[10][11][12]
Personal life[edit]
In 2011, Koverko had a serious car accident on Ontario Highway 401,[6] in which he had to be airlifted to the hospital for emergency treatment because of his critical condition.[13][14][15]
