Trinity Pictures is film production company co-owned by Eros International. It is the independent motion picture label and domestic arm of Eros International, an leading Indian film production and distribution company. Trinity Pictures is the first and only franchise feature studio of India. It is the first Bollywood studio in India with a dedicated in-house team of writers (the ‘Trinity Writers’ Room).[1]

Background[edit]

In 2016, Eros International introduced it's official production arm Trinity Pictures. It started production of films from fiscal year 2017. Trinity Pictures has created over ten original franchises since the company’s inception, out of which at least four films had gone into production in 2017.[2][1]These productions are helmed by directors such as Kabir Khan, Siddharth Anand, Amole Gupte and Prabhu Solomon.[3] The current CEO of this company is Ajit Thakur.[4]
