Tucker Carlson Network
Tucker Carlson Network (TCN) is a venture-backed media platform and subscription video on-demand streaming service launched in December 2023 by Tucker Carlson, a prominent conservative political commentator and former host on Fox News and Neil Patel. Carlson and Patel previously co-founded The Daily Caller.[1][2]
Background
After Tucker Carlson's Fox News Channel contract was terminated following the settlement of Dominion Voting Systems v. Fox News Network, Carlson started posting media interviews primarily on Twitter/X.
In July 2023, Carlson and Patel founded Last Country, Inc, with the Tucker Carlson Network as a trade name.
Last Country, Inc raised a pre-seed venture round led by Uma Ventures based in Houston, Texas. Wall Street Journal reported that 1789 also invested in the round.[3]
