Ulugbekhon Yusuphonovich Maksumov
Ulugbekhon Yusuphonovich Maksumov[1] (Russian[2]: Максумов, Улугбекхон Юсупхонович; Uzbek:Ulugbekhon Yusuphonovich Maksumov; born September 9, 1979) is an Uzbek-born United Arab Emirates business magnate and a native of the Fergana Region[3]. He is the Chief Executive Officer and founder[4] of INKAS Vehicles, Gulf Auto Trading FZE and INKAS Group DMC.
His company INKAS Vehicles has the largest[5] armoured car production unit in Dubai's, reported by Emirates 24/7 with presence in the Middle East, Europe[6], Burkina Faso[7], Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, and United Kingdom. In 2016, he joined the Russian Business Council for the Middle East and Africa[1], and Dubai private business club popularly known as Capital Club, Dubai[1] in 2014.

Maksumov started his career[8] in Uzbekistan as a supply chain manager[1] for South Korean automotive manufacturer GM Korea for a year from 2002 to 2003. He also worked as a sales manager[9] in the automotive manufacturing sector in Uzbekistan, where he gained some experience on production before relocating to Dubai in 2006 to establish Gulf Auto Trading, a shop for vehicle needs[9]. In 2017, The National[10] featured Maksumov on the national lifestyle where he discussed about his company Inkas Vehicles and the supply made by him to the president of Ghana, Nana Akufo-Addo in connection with United Nations.
