Uranía Haltenhoff Nikiforos is a Chilean beauty pageant titleholder She is the Miss Chile titleholder for 1990 and was the official representative of Chile to the Miss Universe 1990 pageant held in Los Angeles, United States.
Her father is of German descent and her mother is of Greek descent.
She placed as 3rd runner up in the pageant, becoming the Chilean best placed after Cecilia Bolocco, Miss Universe 1987. The winner that year was Mona Grudt, Miss Norway.
