VIBHOR, a manufacturer of private-label Core Diamond Essentials, is a privately held diamond jewelry design and manufacturing company founded in 2000 by Manish and Neelu Dhadda. The privately held company is based in New York, United States, with products sold in 300 retail stores worldwide. [1]
Company history[edit]
Manish and Neelu Dhadda started their careers manufacturing color stones in Jaipur, India and later discovered the rise of diamond exports from India. On a trip to Mumbai, Dhadda saw the opportunity in the United States market for a quality supplier of fine jewelry to quality conscious independent retail stores. He founded "VIBHOR" and began selling his product line under the registered trademark "Core Diamond Essentials."[1]
In 2012 the company opened its first manufacturing facility in New York City using state of the machinery modified from the watch industry and expert European craftsmen. Traditionally a band company, the company launched its first collection of pendants, earrings, and bracelets using die-struck and CNC technology.
In 2013, VIBHOR trademarked the "V Prong's," to illustrate their proprietary split shared prong setting .[2]
