Waisake Tabucava (born 4 July 1992) is a Fijian footballer who plays as a defender or midfielder for Fijian club Nadi and the Fiji national team.[1][2]
Club career[edit]
Tabucava started his career with Dreketi who then played in the Fiji Super Premier Division. In 2014, after Dreketi was promoted to the National Football League Tabucava joined Nadi. With the club, he won the 2015 Fiji National Football League. After that, he played one game in the 2016 OFC Champions League against Kiwi. Nadi won the game by 4 goals to 3 but Tabucava was sent off with a red card in minute 44.
National team[edit]
In 2017 Tabucava was called up by coach Christophe Gamel for the Fiji national football team. He made his debut on May 28, 2017, in a 1–1 draw against the Solomon Islands when he came in in the 87 minute of play for Setareki Hughes.
