WorkJam is a provider of shift-based, hourly and frontline worker schedule and training management software. WorkJam is headquartered in Montreal, Quebec.[1][2]
History and Funding
Founded in 2014, by Steve Kramer, Josh Ostrega, and Mark Sadegursky.[3]
In February 2017 the company closed a growth investment round with Lerer Hippeau Ventures, Blumberg Capital, Founder Collective and NovelTMT.[4]
On April 11, 2017, WorkJam announced a partnership with Axsium Group to help with strategic deployment strategies.[5]
Features
WorkJam provides allows for work schedule management with a focus on shift-based and hourly workers. It includes communications and employee recognition and performance reviews as well as a built-in learning management system with training and assessments.[6][7]
