The World Smart Sustainable Cities Organization (WeGO) is an international organization headquartered in Seoul, Korea.

- 2010: Established by 50 founding member cities as the World e-Governments Organization of Cities and Local Governments.[1][2][3][4][5]
- 2011: Executive Committee Meeting in Barcelona, Spain.[6]
- 2012: 2nd WeGO General Assembly in Barcelona, Spain.[7][8][9]
- 2013: Executive Committee Meeting in Chengdu, China.[10]
- 2014: 3rd WeGO General Assembly in Chengdu, China.[11]
- 2015: Executive Committee Meeting in the Ulyanovsk Region, Russia.[12]
- 2016: Executive Committee Meeting in Beyoglu, Turkey.[13][14][15]
- 2017: Reorganized at the 4th WeGO General Assembly in the Ulyanovsk Region, Russia, as the World Smart Sustainable Cities Organization.[16][17][18][19][20]
- 2018: Executive Committee Meeting in Quezon City, Philippines.[21][22][23][24]
