Yang's Braised Chicken Rice is a fast casual restaurant with over 6,000 locations internationally[2], primarily in China, plus other countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, and Australia.[3] Established in 2011 by Xiaolu Yang, Yang's only serves one dish—Huang Men Ji braised chicken and rice.
In September 2017, Yang's opened its first United States franchise location in Tustin, California.[4] The next 2 locations are Lake Forest (opened in May 2019[5]) and Aliso Viejo on June 15, 2019. Other locations coming soon are: Santa Ana, Ontario, Anaheim, and Fountain Valley.[6]
