Yogini Anantanitya is a Russian Hatha yoga teacher and International Aikido coach. Yogini Anantanitya is the co-director of Anantbodh Yoga in Jonava, Lithuania. Yogini Anantanitya initiated a preventive health-care system based on Yoga. As it is proven that Yoga aids in prevention. Within the last 4 years, she has earned high regard and reputation in organizing Yoga classes in rural areas and in the town of Jonava.

Early life

She grew up in Russia, where she studied psychology at the Pedagogical University of Komsomolsk-on-Amur and spent several years experimenting with human behavior. After completing her university studies, she opened an aikido club. She became completely dedicated to Aikido. She traveled around Russia and Europe for aikido seminars and workshops. She also visited Japan to study. Many times she has been invited to Europe for Aikido seminars with her Sensei Tatsunori Imamura from Sapporo, Japan. In 2006 she started giving aikido training in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Turning point of life

Anantanitya met Shri Anantbodh Chaitanya in Bali, Indonesia in May 2013 at the World Hindu Summit. After that, she went to India to study under Yogi Anantbodh Chaitanya and decided to teach yoga. She started to learn how to meditate and completed 200 hours of training in Alakh Yog, Rishikesh affiliated to the Yoga Alliance. Then she returned and started to teach in Malta. The next year, in 2014, she again went to India and completed 500 hours of Yoga teacher training from Alakh Yog. After that, she went into deep meditation in the Himalayas for 3 months. She adopted the Hindu religion.

Migration to Lithuania

Yogini Anantanitya immigrated to Lithuania in 2006. She left Russia to expand and propagate Aikido all over the world. In 2006 she opened an Aikido teaching center in Kaunas, Lithuania. She taught more than 300 students there in Lithuania. She worked in Malta for 2 years as a psychologist. Her love for yoga deepened immensely during her visit to Bali and India. She learned Yoga philosophy & meditation from the well-known saint of India, Brahmalin Swami Amalananda Ji. She studied Yoga & Alternative therapies from various places in India. Yogini Anantanitya believes that Yoga is a science of transformation. Nowadays she is teaching Yoga worldwide. She has many students from Europe, Russia, India, and other countries. She is co-founder of Anantbodh Yoga. In 2015 Yogini Anantanitya moved to Jonava and opened a Yoga Studio under the guidance of Shri Anantbodh Chaitanya. In 2017 she obtained Lithuanian Citizenship. Now she is living in Lithuania.

Initiation

She was blessed with Mantra Diksha from Swami Sharad Puri Ji, founder of Shivedale School, in April 2013 at Hardwar, India. Yogini Anantanitya provides voluntary service for humankind in India.

Work

Yogini Anantanitya has published many articles in different magazines. She is giving online webinars on yoga & health. She was invited to speak by Mahatma Gandhi Antarrashtriya Hindi Vishwa Vidyalaya, Wardha India. Yogini Anantanitya is traveling around the globe to promote peace and harmony. She provides free classes to people with special challenges for several years in Jonava with the cooperation of the Health Department of Jonava. She started the celebration of World Yoga Day in Jonava. She received appreciation awards from the mayor of Jonava, Eugenijus Sabutis, a few times in 2017. She is an active member of Namai Pasauliui, všį established by Shri Anantbodh Chaitanya. Namai Pasauliui, všį is a recognized non-profit organization registered in Lithuania, Europe. As a non-profit, all members are dedicated to a lifetime of selfless voluntary service, helping individuals become healthier, happier, and spiritually evolved. 100% of all proceeds and donations are used towards the center’s growth and mission with no personal gain.
