Yossi Wolf, (born June 2 1980), is the CEO and founder of Temi the personal robot.[1][2]
Early life and education[edit]
Yossi Wolf was born in Israel and served as a Captain and Company Commander in the Israeli Air Force Special Forces. Yossi studied physics and philosophy at Tel-Aviv University.
Career[edit]
Yossi Wolf started working at ODF Optronics in early 2003. By 2007, he was appointed Vice President of the ODF Optroinics' Robotics Division.[3]
In 2009, Wolf began the foundation of Roboteam with the company's founding partner, Elad Levi.[4] The two placed all of their personal savings together and invested in jump-starting the Roboteam defense company. With team effort in mind, they named it 'Roboteam' and began operating from a small office-apartment in Tel-Aviv, Israel.[5]
In 2016, Wolf founded Temi the personal robot and secured a $50M investment to revolutionize the world of home robotics.[6][7] He currently holds up to 15 Patents.[8]
