COVID-19 Live Updates[edit]
In late 2019, Siddiqi started his public health website, with his first post[11] containing information and data regarding The Wuhan Municipal Health Commission's first public service announcement concerning early indications of what was initially described as a pneumonia outbreak in the city.[12] In early March, Siddiqi launched his COVID-19 tracking site, called COVID-19 Live Updates (CLU). His COVID-19 data and work has been recognized by industry experts, as in late-2021; November, Siddiqi presented to university and industry leaders[13] on recommendations he curated regarding the Omicron variant (B.1.1.529), a variant of SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19) that was first reported to the World Health Organization (WHO) from South Africa on 24 November 2021. Siddiqi's real-time data visualizations have been featured on The Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP GIS) site.[14] His site has over 650 pages of COVID-19 related data and a podcast, sponsored by Spotify's Anchor.[15]
Asclepius Academy[edit]
In mid-2020; June, Siddiqi launched a beta test of his Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) platform, called Asclepius Academy.[16] Siddiqi issues a statement on the sites landing page, stating that mental health and well-being are a forefront issue as lockdowns and quarantine ends in the U.S. The Academy, Siddiqi asserts was apart of a wide-innovation sprint conducted through The Stanford Graduate School of Business Rebuild 2020 Program.
