2021 Avignon shooting

On 5 May 2021, a police officer was shot dead in the French city of Avignon during an anti-narcotics operation.[1][2][3][4]
Around 6.30 pm, this police officer and his crew were required for disruptors in the city center near a deal point, said a police source.[5]
