99Crooks is a UK & Europe based Esports Team, Gaming Brand & Organization currently competing in Rocket League, with several players on both console & PC. The team currently works with various Sponsors & Partners including 1CBD UK , StreamUnion & StreamGem.
History[edit]
Originally founded in 2018 by Jordan 'JHecz' Crook, the team Officially launched in 2020 and began entering various Rocket League Tournaments such as RLCS, RLRS, RKNC & More.
In late 2019, JHecz was introduced to 4 Rocket League players, all pursuing the goal of competing in the RLCS finals with high ambitions of become Professional Esports players within the same team. Helping expand the exposure of Players & the brand itself, from the start 99Crooks have been partners with Live Stream Network & Online Community StreamUnion helping promote and expand their audience of online content, player live stream events and branded materials.
After the announcement that WADA & other Anti-Doping agencies removed CBD from the list of banned substances within competitive sports[1], in December 2019 99Crooks revealed a second sponsorship with UK CBD Supplier, 1CBD. The collaboration aims to help promote the benefits of using CBD throughout the gaming industry, especially within Esports scene. [2]
As the team entered 2020, it was decided to build a second Roster, forming a complete 6 player team allowing both groups to compete, practice & train together whilst all working towards the Championship spot. Throughout 2020 the team will enter various leagues leading up to the next season of RLCS with big expectations of proceeding to play-in & further.
Upon competing in several Rocket League tournaments, the 99Crooks will eventually create more rosters within different game titles, proceeding to expand the total number of players and games division to compete in.
