PUBG Korea League(PKL).[1] is PUBG's Korean official league that is hosted by PUBG Corporation[2] and organized/broadcasted by AfreecaTV[3]

Tournament[edit]
- Tournament Format
Via group nomination, 24 teams will be divided into A, B and C Groups (8 teams in each group) and a full league is carried out by each group over the period of six weeks. The final ranking is decided based on the cumulative PKL Points from matches.
- Map/Mode for Match
Miramar (1st, 2nd Matches) and Erangel (3rd, 4th Matches) are used for matches and a FPP squad mode is adopted.

The same spawn rates applied for items in both Erangel and Miramar during Phase 1. But from Phase 2, the item spawn rates have been adjusted for Erangel and Miramar. The actual spawn rates are calculated by multiplying each item’s spawn rate by the spawn rate multiplier(1.8x).

Point System[edit]
2019[edit]
Starting from 2019, participating teams have been awarded PKL Points according to the final score of each match. During Phase 1, it was called PUBG Points, but it has been renamed as PKL Points from Phase 2.[7]

If teams have the same PKL Points on a single match day, the following should apply.
- A higher rank will be awarded to a team with more cumulative kills combined after all matches played on that day.
- If teams have the same number of cumulative kills, a higher rank will be awarded to a team with more kills in the most recent match.
- If teams have the same number of kills in the most recent match, a higher rank will be awarded to a team with a higher rank in that match.
If teams have the same cumulative PKL Points, the following should apply.
- A higher rank will be awarded to a team with more cumulative kills combined after all matches.
- If teams have the same number of cumulative kills, a higher rank will be awarded to a team with more kills in the most recent match played by each team.
- If teams have the same number of kills in the most recent match, a higher rank will be awarded to a team with a higher rank in that match played by each team.
- If teams have the same rank in the most recent match, a higher rank will be awarded to a team that has inflicted much more damages on a cumulative basis.
Promotions and Relegations[edit]
The bottom three teams with the lowest PKL Points will be automatically relegated to a lower league (PUBG Korea Contenders, PKC) from the next season while the top three teams in PKC will be promoted to PKL.
