Alessandro D'Ubaldo
Alessandro D’Ubaldo is an Italian entrepreneur, restaurateur, founder of 800 PIZZA based in the United Arab Emirates.[1][2][3][4] 800 Pizza also owns two additional brands Pinsanity and Cluckrs, both founded by Alessandro D'Ubaldo.[5][6][7][8][9]
Biography[edit]
D’Ubaldo moved to the United Arab Emirates as a cabin crew member of Emirates Airline.[10][3][5] In 2007 he founded 800 PIZZA an Italian pizza restaurant chain opening the first 800 PIZZA branch in Al Barsha (Dubai).[11][12]
In 2020 Alessandro launched the Pinsanity and Clukrs brands in the UAE and in 2021 expanded into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In November 2021, 800 PIZZA was acquired by cloud kitchen operator KITOPI.[13][3][14][15][3][16][17]
