Ali Gumzak Sak (born February 21, 1985) is a Nigerian film director and occasional actor based in the Kannywood industry in Kano. He is known for directing several prominent Hausa films and television series, often working with Saira Movies production.[1]
Career
Gumzak began his career in the Kannywood industry as an assistant director before directing his own projects. He has directed several popular films, including Sanda, Jaruma, and Namijin Kishi. His directorial style is often noted in analysis of domestic conflict narratives within Kannywood.[2]
