Amaresh Ojha is a fitness expert, co-founder of Gympik Health Solutions.[1], columnist and author[2]. He has co-authored Fitness Habits - Breaking barriers to Fitness. Through Gympik (now part of RoundGlass)[3], Amaresh provides a cloud-based digital platform to gym and fitness center owners and customers[4]. He also spreads awareness on personal fitness by his fitness columns[5][6][7] in the Times of India, the Hindu and Entrepreneur.
Education[edit]
He is an IIM Bangalore alumnus[8]. Prior to founding Gympik, he worked with Cisco and Bluestone.
Award/Recognition[edit]
In 2021, the BW Wellbeing recognized Amaresh Ojha (Amresh Ojha) as one of the winners of the BW Wellbeing World 40 Under 40 Awards. The award recognizes people’s contribution to the Indian health and wellbeing sector[9]
