Ravindra Pai is an Indian real estate business executive and philanthropist.
He is the managing director of Century Real Estate, a property development and landholding firm, and is the co-founder of Triveda Capital.[1][2]
He is the founder patron of the IIMB Real Estate Research Initiative.[3] He is also involved in philanthropic initiatives in education and community development through the Century Pai Foundation and his support for youth and learning causes across India.[4][5]
His father is Dr. Dayananda Pai an industrialist.
Early life and education
Ravindra Pai was born in Bengaluru, India, to industrialist Dayananda Pai.[1] He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 2004, after which he briefly worked with Tata Infotech and Oracle Corporation.[1] He later earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB), where he developed an academic and professional interest in real estate markets and business leadership.[6]
Career
Ravindra Pai joined Century Real Estate as a Director around 2003. Under his management, the company shifted from land aggregation to fully integrated real estate development.[7] He has led expansion into housing, commercial, and mixed-use projects across Bengaluru.[8]
Under his direction, Century Real Estate has won project awards, [9][10] [11][12]In FY 2024-25, Century Real Estate logged sales of ₹1,809 crore, driven largely by demand in its luxury and high-end residential projects in Bengaluru.[13]
