Arun K Singh (Arun Kumar) (born 10 April 1992) is an Indian film music composer and lyricist. He has started his music career as music composer and lyricist with single track music album 'Shivaay Party Anthem'. He is also founder of music label Legend The Band. His upcoming single track album is "Dangal: Ind VS Pak". It will release in December 2016 on all digital platforms.
Arun K Singh was born in Samastipur, Bihar. His father was an engineer. Since childhood, Arun K Singh was interested in music. His role model is Indian music composer Himesh Reshammiya. He always used to sing Himesh's music and songs in the room alone. But he never thought to choose music as an occupation. He always wanted to become film director. After completing his high school, he joined B.tech in Punjab College Of Engineering and technology. But he dropped college in last year.
In 2014, Arun K Singh came to Mumbai and joined film making course from Zee Institute Of Media Arts. But there were too much struggle. So he used to do digital marketing for films, events and production houses. Accidentally, he started writing lyrics and composing music in the end of 2015 and he noticed that his colleagues started appreciating and praising his writing skills and compositions.
Then he took it seriously and thought of making a career in it. In October 2016, he composed and wrote a song called Shivaay Party Anthem, which was a tribute to Ajay Devgn's film Shivaay. Arun K Singh is big fan of Indian music composer Jeet Ganguly.
