Ashwinder R. Singh is an Indian executive and author. His books are A to Z of Residential Real Estate and Master Residential Real Estate. He is presently serving as the CEO-residential of Bhartiya Urban.

He was working with JLL[1] Residential before joining Bharatiya Urban. [2] He has previously worked with Anarock and Bajaj Housing Finance at various positions. He has also worked with Citibank, Deutsche Bank AG and ICICI Bank among others.[3]
