Atul Kumar was born on August 1995 in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, which is also known as the middle state or Heart of India. He completed his school years at Government Higher Secondary School, Gwalior and in 2017 he completed his Graduation from ITM University Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Digitalization...For the prosperous nation[2] Atul kumar first book was published in April 2017. Atul convey his opinion about Digitalization (Digital India) and how to contribute in the development of nation. and spread awareness about Digital India.

Ta'aruf is the second book of Atul Kumar was published in July 2018. This is India's first poetry collection, in which a student & professor penned together about the journey of life.[3]
