Founded in 2008 in Rochester, New York, Avani Technology Solutions Inc set up its Research & Development center in Hyderabad, India in 2008 as Flatminds IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. This later got renamed and registered as Avani Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd- FMIT in 2014.

The company is headquartered in Rochester, New York as Avani Business Park[2] with another office in Virginia. In India, Avani Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is located in Hyderabad. At all these offices, Avani has an approximate headcount of 200 experienced professionals.
Revenue[edit]
With initial bootstrapping, followed by a line of credit of $2 million offered by Chase bank, Avani Technology Solutions Inc. has grown from a $7.5 million firm in 2013 to $17.5 million in 2015[3] to a predicted $26 million in revenues by the end of 2016. By 2020, its leaders believe the company will reach $100 million.[4]
