Aviareps Group[3] is a general sales agent (GSA) of airlines and tourism representatives, founded in Germany[2] in 1994. The corporation now[when?] operates 65 offices in 58 countries,[4][5] with clients including airlines, destinations, hotels, food & wine, airports, cruise lines, shopping & attractions, cars, trains, and travel products.

Aviareps Airline Management GmbH was founded in Germany in 1994. Four years later, the company was converted into a joint stock company named Aviareps AG.[6]
The company began expanding internationally in 1996, first with offices in Europe, and later in Russia, the United States, Asia, Australia, India, Africa, Latin America and South East Asia.

Aviareps' share capital reflects a nominal registered capital of 1,071,604 Euros, of which 1,043,440 are common shares and 28,164 are non-par preference shares without voting rights. All shares are held by private individuals, with the exception of 25.24 percent owned by an investment company.[7]
