Career

Ayman is one of the original creators of the disciplines now known as Emotional Literacy (EL).[1] He is also attributed as an early pioneer in emotional intelligence (EQ), co-creator of the four cornerstone model [2]and its application in business, as illustrated in his book with Dr. Robert Cooper,[3] Executive EQ.[4] He has spent the last 16 years building the evolutionary foundation for new systems and industries that are expected to monetize the ability of these perspectives to optimize human capital; by providing new maps to evolve our relationships with our selves, our family and the work place.

Ayman is a founder of multiple companies, gives international speeches and has executive produced 2 award wining children films "Magic boat" & "Palooka" and three 13 part television series in conjunction with Warner Bros and HBO, "Bed Time Stories" and "Mrs Piggle Wiggle" in Conjunction with actress Shelly Duval and "Umptee Three TV" in conjunction with Disney Animator Jim George

His recent works include a book with his wife, Rowan Gabrielle, titled: Sacred Commerce: A Blueprint for a New Humanity,[5] the story of how business and spirituality have walked hand in hand in our history and can do so today. Ayman is also illustrating the concept of Sacred Commerce[6] through consulting, training and business incubation.
