Aynus Antony is a celebrity fitness trainer based in Kochi and popular for driving the fitness transformation and Indian film actor Mohanlal. [1] [2]

Early life[edit]

Aynus Antony hails from Kochi in the South Indian state of Kerala. He pursued a regular bachelor's degree and was skinny his entire childhood and teenage years. He was often bullied and pranked upon by other kids. Towards the end of his bachelor's degree, he decided to take a Level 3 Certification in personal training and later on ACSM (American college of sports medicine), following which he become a Fitness Trainer. Mohanlal's trainer[edit]

A friend introduced Aynus to Mohanlal in 2018 when he was shooting for Priyadarshan’s period film Marakkar. [1] Following which he has been officially training Mohanlal for multiple movies. [3] He subsequently started training multiple south Indian film stars including Vishnu Unnikrishnan and Bibin George among others. [4] [5] [6]
