Berge is a Singer-songwriter duo from Berlin comprising of vocalist Marianne Neumann and Rocco Horn on the guitar.
History[edit]
Starting from 2007, they have been writing German language Pop songs together. Their music have all been self-produced by Rocco Horn. They released their debut album Keine Spur in 2009, followed by the single Meer aus Farben in 2011. Since then, Berge has performed in more than 200 concerts in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and also, at the invitation of the Goethe-Institut, in Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan and Lithuania. On June 5, 2015, they published their second album Vor uns die Sinnflut on the label Columbia Records/Sony Music Germany. On June 10 Berge performed a concert on the new release at Kesselhaus, Berlin. On July 5, 2019 Berge released a new single Mein Lied and simultaneously announced the new album Fur die Liebe. It was released on August 30, 2019 and entered the German album charts at number 45. On iTunes it peaked at number 22.
