Bhavna Harchandrai (born October 1, 1976.) in Mumbai, Maharashtra is an Indian Fitness Trainer. Being Games Captain at school and an avid Throwball player, sports was a natural progression and an extension of her life which lead to a promising career in fitness.

She began her career as a Fitness Instructor in 1998. Was Head of Department (HOD) Group Exercise at Gold's Gym, Moksh and Pure Energy in South Mumbai and has worked for Taj Wellington News, Cathedral and John Connon School, Beyond Fitness and Nitrro Gym.

Bhavna is a renowned Fitness Expert in South Mumbai. She holds certifications from ACE, Nike Inc, Reebok, Jukari Fit to Flex, Power Plate, Zumba, Pilates, Power Yoga. She is a regular Fitness writer and contributor for many news publications such as [1][2][3][4][5][6][7]Mumbai Mirror, [8]Sunday Mid-day, [9]Bombay Times, Economic Times and has been a weekly columnist for Hindustan Times. She runs her Fitness Studio in Malabar Hill, South Mumbai and has been featured on Bloomberg TV and many magazines.

Her list of notable South Mumbai clientele includes members of the Hiranandani, Nana Chudasama,Venugopal  Dhoot, Harsh Goenka families as well as fashion designer - Nishka Lulla Mehra, TV Host and presenter - Perizad Kolah Marshal, Master of Wine - Sonal Holland, National Gold Medalist Swimmer - Muskaan Tolani.

She participates in the Times of India, Jockey Morning Fitness Party and has been a Speaker at the Indian Merchants Chambers (IMC), Ladies Wing.
