Blades (boutique)

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Blades' former Burlington Gardens shop, now Ede & Ravenscroft

Blades was a London fashion boutique established in 1962 by Rupert Lycett Green.

Blades was opened in 1962 by Lycett Green in Dover Street, London, with "high tailoring standards but a young man's view of cut and proportion".[1]

Blades moved to Burlington Gardens in 1967, where the shop windows looked down on Savile Row itself.[1] The premises are now occupied by the tailors Ede & Ravenscroft.
