The Blue Seal Energy Group is a Nigerian multinational industrial conglomerate, founded by Doyle Redotelojor Edeni.[1] It is one of the largest conglomerates in Nigeria. The group operates a 35,000 metric tons chemical manufacturing plant in Lagos, Nigeria.[2]
History
The company was founded in 2016 as a trading enterprise, specializing in chemical and oil-field solutions.[3] The Group is a Chemical, Water, and Process Treatment Technology firm. It was established as a trading company specialized in chemical products and services.[4]
The group was set to begin manufacturing on 14 February 2025.[5]
The group owns and operates four subsidiaries in Nigeria operating in the oil and gas, construction, and manufacturing sectors. Blue Seal Chemical Production Plant is one of these subsidiaries. Blue Seal Energy Group is headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria.[6]
Operations
Blue Seal Energy Group operates in North America and Africa, with an incorporation presence in Texas.[7] The group employs over 1,000 workers.[8]

The Blue Seal Chemical Production Plant, located in the Lagos Free Trade Zone, was established through a partnership between Blue Seal Energy Group Inc. and R&F Industries Inc.[9]

The group has expanded into construction and oil drilling services through its subsidiaries, Chapters Construction and Infrastructure Development Company[10] and Hilton Drilling Services.[11]
