Bob Lenox (born in Brooklyn; died 2010) was a jazz and blues musician from America who lived his last years in Europe, ultimately settling in France. In the late 1960s he was the leader of a Vanguard Records band called Train with Garland Jeffreys.[1]
As a pianist, singer and composer combining jazz, blues, folk and rock, he went on to work with Jimi Hendrix, Tina Turner, Joe Cocker, and others. He also composed for European films.[2]
