Breakfast and Bubbles is an all-day champagne brunch restaurant in Hillcrest, California. Hillcrest is a neighborhood in San Diego, known for its LGBT community and eclectic local businesses.
History
Breakfast and Bubbles opened its doors on May 27, 2021. At Breakfast and Bubbles, customers are surrounded by pink flowers and vibrant decor while listening to a mix of popular music from various genres. Chef Marco Provino, originally from Sicily, Italy, wanted to create an immersive brunch experience in the heart of San Diego.
Food
The menu features a mix of American, Mexican, and Italian-inspired dishes, as well as creative cocktails and drinks. Some of their most popular food items featured on the menu are the Tower of Sweetness, the 24kt gold burger “All That Glitter Is Gold”, and their Oreo Stuffed French toast. Their drink menu features a build-your-own frozen lemonade where you can add alcohol, many creatively named cocktails, and many champagne bubbles to live up to their name.
