Bubba's 33 is an American sports bar and casual dining chain owned by Texas Roadhouse, founded by its founder W. Kent Taylor. It is a fusion of both Texas Roadhouse and Red Robin, with Bubba's 33 serving gourmet burgers very similar to Red Robin. They also serve varieties of pizza and chicken wings. It was named after Taylor's nickname "Bubba" and the end of prohibition in 1933.

History

Bubba's 33 launched in May 2013 in Fayetteville, North Carolina and is expanding across the United States, and to international areas. In 2019, executives told investors Texas Roadhouse was "dying" to scale the concept faster. Then-brand president Scott Colony projected 2021 as a possible calendar to step on the gas. In 2022, same-store sales lifted 10.5% and Bubba's 33's "5.62 million AUV was highly over 2021's $5.09 million. For restaurants less than 6 years of age, Bubba's 33 stores generated $121,791 in average weekly sales. Bubba's 33 became a significant part of Texas Roadhouse's brand, offering a unique blend of meals and entertainment that resonates with a wide range of customers.
