Carl Joplin (born January 18, 1982) is an American puppeteer, dancer, singer and actor. He is best known for Cole in Where will my feet take me today?.

Carl Joplin was born on January 18, 1982, in St. Louis, Missouri, where his parents, Jane (née Vince) and Joneal Joplin, he has siblings: twin sister Dorothy (January 18, 1982), Randall Jean and Joneal Jr. (February 14, 1973), Shaun and Victoria (June 10, 1977), Gina and Victor (December 6, 1986) and Matthew and Nikki (November 23, 1989).
